My node sends confirmed uplinks, but never receives an ACK. I see that the transmissions are done properly from the node using a debug terminal, but they are never recorded in the Senet portal. The downlinks work perfectly fine. Could you please help me solve the issue?

Its good to hear that you have resolved your issue. It seems likely that the root cause was your device was attempting to set the fPort to zero. The LoRaWAN specification reserves a range of ports, including fPort = 0 for use by the protocol itself. fPort zero is used for MAC commands. fPorts 224 and above are also reserved.
