I have a b-l072z LoRa Wan device and I do not have a gateway. Is there any way that I can configure the device to the lora gateway through online and check any status like led changing or something

You will need a gateway in order to communicate on the network. A good developer gateway can be purchased from MultiTech in order to test any number of devices locally
