I try to add end device which uses external join server, but it forces me to enter root key for joining (aka application key), but this should come from join server

Hello,

Thanks for posting on our Community Forum. During the device Registration, when the Join Server EUI of an external join server is entered, the “Register New Device” should become available allowing you to proceed without entering in the appKey. Please enter in a value into that field in order to be able to Register your device. We will investigate this further and get this corrected.
