Hi, I am currently having issues with a gateway (19714392) which is connected with an ethernet cable , it receives connection ,as shown by the led lights A and B being on, but it does not connect to Senet, or in other words, the gateway appears to be disconnected.

Is there a likely recurrent issue here? How can it be solved?

Thanks, for your inquiry. The issue with the gateway connection appears to be firewall related (port 8443). Please investigate with the local IT team. A list of required firewall ports can be found here:
