I am currently using the following Gateway and Sensor.
-Sentrius RG1xx
-Sentrius RS1xx
The Gateway is active on the dashboard. Same for the Sensor.
I would like to know how I can start receiving humidity and temperature data through the dashboard. That is I would like to receive and access this data from any location.

Thanks for the inquiry to the Senet Community. Just following up with a posted response as this inquiry was responded to through an inquiry to our support staff.
The response detailed the configuration process for the device notifier (http://docs.senetco.io/dev/stream/) in order to forward data to your back-end application. In addition it was observed that the devices was observed entering into a join loop after transmitting a single uplink. It was advised this is the behavior of the RS1xx sensors as they require a timing packet on the initial join. Additional configuration information is located in the following documentation
