I am trying to install a Senet Packet Forwarder onto a MultiTech MTCAP-LNA3-915-041A. When I use deviceHQ to install the Senet Package Forwarder (02_19_10_m5.3.x), it shows that it was installed and is running, but with an “info” status of: unregistered. Anyone know what this means?

Onboarding a gateway to the Senet platform is a two-step process. The gateway must be Registered under your portal account, and also have the Senet Packet Forwarder installed. The Registration is part of the authorization process when the gateway connects to Senet. In looking at the portal account, it does not appear that the Registration has been completed yet. Thanks Mike, that is exactly what I did. Removed the gateway and re-registered it and everything came up good.
